Google review system for Coachella Valley businesses

Get more Google reviews without chasing customers for them.

We install a simple system into your business that prompts opted-in customers to leave a Google review. No awkward asks. No forgetting. No pasting the link one customer at a time. Just a steady stream of fresh reviews, so the next person searching Google picks you. Not the business down the street.

Smog Dogs added 47 five-star Google reviews in their first 30 days.

Update (Day 60): As of 8/19/26, Smog Dogs has a total of 226 Google reviews.
95 new reviews since installing The Review System.

Who this is for

The Review System is a good fit if:

You run a local service business in the Coachella Valley — home services, wellness, auto, creative, professional services.
You do great work and your customers love you, but your Google reviews don't reflect that.
You've tried asking for reviews, but it's inconsistent — some months you remember, most months you don't.
You'd rather have something running in the background than rely on yourself or your staff to remember every time.
You or someone on your team is already texting customers the review link by hand — it works, but it costs real time every day and it stops the second things get busy.

It's not a fit if:

Your phone goes to voicemail, or your leads sit unanswered.

More reviews can't fix broken intake. If a hot lead can't reach you, we'll tell you straight on the call and point you to what to fix first.
How The Review System works

From first call to more Google reviews

We get your system live in about a week. After that, it runs in the background every day.
1

Step 1 – Set up your profile & system

We tune up your Google Business Profile (categories, services, and descriptions) and connect The Review System so your business is ready to capture reviews.
2

Step 2 – Reviews come in automatically

After each visit, your customer gets a short text with your review link. They tap, leave a review, done. You see new reviews show up on your Google profile each week.
3

Step 3 – You approve replies in seconds

We draft replies to new reviews for you. You can edit them if you'd like, then approve and publish to Google in a few clicks.

What customers see

A short text after their visit with your review link. Tap, review, done.

What owners see

Suggested replies to new reviews. Edit if you want, approve, and we publish to Google without you logging into multiple tools.
Businesses typically start seeing new reviews show up in the first few weeks. Over 3–6 months, those reviews and responses help you stand out when people compare options on Google. Results depend on your market and service quality, but we make sure your happy customers actually turn into public Google reviews instead of staying invisible.
Investment

Month to month. No contracts.

A couple of things worth knowing upfront. It's month to month. No contracts. No lock-in. Cancel any time. And you never have to log into anything. The system runs on our end, so your only job is doing great work and replying to the reviews that come in.

The reviews you earn and your cleaned-up Google profile are yours. They stay with you on Google.

Common questions

No. The Review System works with whatever site you have. If we think your site is holding you back, we'll tell you honestly — but it's not a requirement.

No. They get one short text after their visit and one gentle reminder if they haven't clicked. That's it. No drip campaigns, no follow-up chains. The tone is grateful, not pushy.

Yes. We ask every customer the same way. We don't cherry-pick who gets asked or send unhappy people to a private form first. That's the honest way, and it's the only way that keeps your Google ranking safe. The filtering tricks some tools use can get a business penalized.

We can't guarantee a specific number — that depends on your customer volume and how well your team uses the in-person scripts.

What we guarantee is a working system that makes it easy for customers to review you and consistent enough that reviews come in steadily instead of randomly.

For scale: Smog Dogs 10X'd the number of reviews they were getting each week in their first 30 days.

No. The automation handles the digital ask. Your only job is the human moment — a quick sentence at the end of a good job. We give you the exact words, and it takes about five seconds.

Because it's working — that's the point. You've already proven your customers will leave a review when you ask. You're just paying for it twice a day, either with your own time or with someone on payroll, and it stops the moment things get busy, which is exactly when you have the most customers to ask. If it's a staff member doing it, you also can't tell whether it actually happened on any given shift.

The system sends the same text automatically within a couple hours of every visit, sends one gentle reminder if they don't click, tracks who actually left a review so nobody gets asked twice, and handles opt-outs the way carriers require. Then it drafts your replies to the reviews that come in. Same thing you're doing now, minus the daily hour, the gaps, and the guessing.

It happens. We help you respond quickly and professionally. A thoughtful reply often builds more trust than the review costs you, because future customers read your responses as much as your ratings.

And because new reviews keep coming in steadily, one bad one gets buried fast instead of sitting at the top.

If a review is fake or from someone who was never a customer, it can often be removed. Showing Google there's no record of them in your bookings is usually the fix.
